Return Terms
•Customers can request to return their products within a maximum period of one day from the date of receipt.
•The product must be in its original condition.
Conditions for redeeming the financial value of the product
1. The financial value of products whose value was paid upon receipt cannot be recovered except by adding the value to the customer’s balance in his account on the site, through which payment can be made when purchasing products from the site. Any future purchases will be subject to the same shipping procedures and fees if applicable.
2. In the event of payment via credit card, the paid amounts will be transferred to the same credit card with which payment was made when purchasing the purchases that the customer wishes to return.
3. Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees will not be refunded.
4. The financial value can be added to your balance in Rakat when the returned product arrives at our facilities (within 10 days of returning it to the SMSA website) and the balance will appear in the customer’s account within 12 hours.
5. The process of transferring funds to the credit card can be completed when the returned product arrives at our facilities (within 10 days of its return to the SMSA website), but it may take 14 days for the amount to appear on the credit card statement, depending on the customer’s bank procedures.
